1. Non-Refundable: The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances unless PRO ECU TUNE cancels the appointment.

2. No Show / Cancellation: If you do not attend or cancel your appointment, the booking fee is forfeited.

3. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once, with at least 24 hours’ notice, without losing your fee. Any further changes will require a new booking fee.

4. Late Arrival: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, PRO ECU TUNE reserves the right to cancel the appointment, and the booking fee will be forfeited.

5. Travel Distance Responsibility: Before paying the booking fee and confirming an appointment, please make sure you have checked my location and are certain you are able and willing to travel to the appointment.

PRO ECU TUNE does not provide any mobile services.

If you later decide to cancel because the distance is too far, travel is inconvenient, or you are unable to attend for location-related reasons, the booking fee remains non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to verify travel distance, travel time, and overall feasibility before securing the booking.

6. Pre-Remap Checks: Before starting any remap, a visual inspection and a diagnostic scan will be carried out. If your vehicle has existing faults, errors, or mechanical issues that prevent the remap from being carried out safely or successfully:
   → the remap will not proceed
   → and the booking fee will not be refunded.

7. Locked or Inaccessible ECU / TCU: If the ECU / TCU is found to be locked, inaccessible, previously modified in a way that prevents it from being safely read / written, the booking fee will not be refunded.​​​

8. ID Check: Please bring your driving licence with you to the appointment. This will be required before any work is started. The name on the driving licence must match the name used for the booking, and the photograph on the driving licence must clearly match the person attending the appointment. If the driving licence details do not match the booking details, the photograph does not match the person attending, or valid driving licence cannot be provided, service will be refused, the appointment will be cancelled, and the booking fee will not be refunded.
The ID check is visual only. No photographs, copies, scans, or personal details from the driving licence will be taken, stored, shared, or retained. The driving licence is checked solely to confirm the identity of the person attending the appointment.

9. Modification of Terms and Conditions: PRO ECU TUNE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

By booking a service, you automatically acknowledge and agree to the ECU Remap Terms and Conditions.
