1. Non-Refundable: The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances unless PRO ECU TUNE cancels the appointment.

2. No Show: If you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking fee is forfeited.

3. Rescheduling:
 • You may reschedule your appointment once, with at least 24 hours’ notice, without losing your fee.
 • Any further changes will require a new booking fee.

4. Late Arrival:
 • A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
 • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and the booking fee will be forfeited.

5. Pre-Remap Checks:
 • Before starting any remap, a visual inspection and a diagnostic scan will be carried out.
 • If your vehicle has existing faults, errors, or mechanical issues that prevent the remap from being carried out safely or successfully:
   → the remap will not proceed
   → and the booking fee will not be refunded.

By booking a service, you automatically acknowledge and agree to the ECU Remap Terms and Conditions.​​​

6. Modification of Terms and Conditions: PRO ECU TUNE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
