By submitting a file, booking a service, or requesting any ECU software modification from PRO ECU TUNE, you automatically acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All tuning, diagnostics, and software services are performed at the customer’s own risk.

• Power, torque, and fuel-efficiency gains are estimated values based on testing and experience. Real-world results may vary depending on vehicle condition, maintenance, and fuel quality.

• PRO ECU TUNE is not responsible for pre-existing or hidden mechanical issues that may become apparent after tuning.

• Emission-related modifications (such as DPF, EGR, SCR/AdBlue, CAT, GPF/PPF deactivation) are designed strictly for off-road or motorsport use only.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle complies with all UK and EU road-use and emission regulations.

• Customers are responsible for informing their insurance provider about any performance modifications if required by their policy.

• PRO ECU TUNE accepts no liability for MOT failures, fines, or penalties resulting from the on-road use of emission-modified vehicles.

• All quoted prices for emission-related services cover ECU software modification only and do not include any hardware removal, blanking plates, or physical installations.

• Payment, booking or file submission automatically confirms that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

• For in-person services, a printed copy of the full Terms and Conditions will be provided at the time of service.

• For ECU File Service or remote work, a digital copy of the full Terms and Conditions is available electronically upon request.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not proceed with the service, booking, or file submission.
